“Heart Felt Change!”

The greatest pleasure in life is the saying: “We did it.”

HEARTFELT CHANGE is an ever-expanding collaboration of organizations, institutions, corporations and individuals, dedicated to providing a variety of positive interventions in the lives of our youth. It is the belief of High Aspirations, Posse, and other founding members that no one program is sufficient to create the dynamic change needed in the lives of our youth. Only by constantly adding programs, services, and activities that engage our youth will we win this battle. As we begin this journey, we know we have to work closely with many entities, so we will keep our eyes on the prize, which is UNITY.

HEARTFELT CHANGE: We will jumpstart this initiative by establishing three pilot programs that take advantage of the demonstrated expertise of the various organizations that have already proclaimed their desire to join our collaborative effort.
